Where is my order?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been sent for shipment, you will receive another email with shipping details that will contain tracking information. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received an email, please contact our customer support.
I’ve placed an order but I haven’t received tracking
You should receive a confirmation email directly after purchase. Once the product is ready to be shipped, you will receive another email with shipping details. You will not receive these emails in the same day. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for deliveries!
What do I do if my product is damaged when I receive it?
Although we have high-quality products, some products can get damaged through shipping and handling. If this is the case, please contact us at customer support with full details on your damaged product.
How can I change my delivery address?
Please contact us at sales@luxurious-space.com if you'd like to change your shipping address of an order. If your product has already shipped, we will not be able to change the address.
I received the wrong item
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at customer support with your name, email, order number, and the product you received.
